About GHB

GHB Gem & Jewellery Park, Ichchhapore, Surat Project is in operation now. Many units are peacefully working in the park area and taking the advantage of best location of the park among the city, international standard infrastructure facilities of the park, relief from the heavy traffic of city area, etc.

Gem & Jewellery Park has two accesses. Both are on the prime locations. Gate No. 1 has direct access from NH-6. Gate No-2 has direct access from Hajira-Adajan Road. The roads of both sides are well developed and well maintained. Thus, visitors can easily enter in the park through either way convenient to them.

Members/Unit holders are in receipt of 24*7 electricity and Water supply in the park. Electricity supply is provided by DGVCL through the underground network established by the Company. The Park has its own 66 KV Switchyard to cater the quality power to the units of the Park.


Gujarat Gas Ltd. has laid LPG Gas Pipeline in the park area. Members will get the LPG Gas Connections soon.


GHB has established 10 MLD Water Treatment Plant to provide drinking water to the Unit Holders. Members are getting 24*7 water supply in the park.


GHB has its own 5 MLD Sewerage Treatment Plant with 0 discharge technology. The treated water generated from the same can be used in plantation/landscaping and industrial purposes.


GHB has established Optic Fiber Cable Communication Network based on GPON technology to facilitate members/Unit holders with best quality of internet and communication services.


GHB has decorated the Gem & Jewellery Park with unique landscaping ideas. The landscaping of the park designs in such a way that the workers and visitors of the park get fresh air and energy. It adds value in the beauty of the area and makes it worth for doing business peacefully.
